Although we do not offer refunds or exchanges, however, Repairs are made at no charge within 7 days of purchase. **If beads/charms are to be replaced, there is a $5.00 repair charge.
Repairs/Adjustments (ex: re-sizing) made after 7 days of purchase, there is a $10 fee per bracelet/necklace.
Charms & Metal accent beads are mixed metals unless otherwise stated.
